Sarah Wolozin
Sarah Wolozin is director of the MIT Open Documentary Lab. As director, she develops and oversees lab projects, operations, and collaborations. She is the founder and editorial director of Docubase, a database of emerging documentary media, co-founder and editor-at-large of Immerse, a medium publication fostering discourse around emerging documentary media, and co-founder of the Co-Creation Studio. She is co-principal investigator of the forthcoming study, Collective Wisdom: co-creating with communities, across disciplines and with algorithms and she co-authored a report entitled Mapping the Intersection of Two Cultures: Interactive Documentary and Digital Journalism. She is a frequent speaker about documentary and emerging media and has sat on numerous committees and juries including Sundance New Frontier Story Lab, Tribeca New Media Fund, the IFP Media Center, Puma Impact Award, Tribeca Storyscapes and World Press Photo.
