Karen Pavlin

Karen Pavlin is Managing Director at Accenture within the Financials Services Operating Unit and part of Accenture’s Leadership Team. In this role, she is responsible and accountable for the overall relationship between our top Financial Services and Insurance clients and Accenture across the Consulting, Strategy, Digital, Operations and Technology Practices to include bringing business innovation, client satisfaction and deep industry knowledge to her clients. 
In addition at Accenture Karen plays a “plus one” role as a leader for Inclusion & Diversity within the North American Financial Services Operating Unit. In this role she is responsible to create and execute plans to attract, develop, retain and advance a truly diverse workplace. 
Karen joined Accenture in September 2018 after spending slightly over 20 years at Xerox Business Services. At Xerox her career consisted of several leadership positions within Sales, Corporate Strategy and Global Account Management. She spent over 15 years managing several of Xerox’ top global financial services accounts. Karen also held a key leadership position in Xerox’ Worldwide Alliance Group developing and marketing Joint-Go-To-Market services offerings with Strategic Alliance Partners bringing powerful technology industry-focused innovative solutions to our clients. 
As a result Karen brings a wide range of services experience, financial industry knowledge and partner integration to effectively understand the voice of the customer, build an interconnected- cohesive strategy and execute on those vision and goals.
